At LearnityHub.com, we provide access to digital products and subscription-based services, including code packages, automation templates, documentation, and educational content. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital goods, all one-time purchases on LearnityHub.com are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted or files are downloaded, we cannot revoke access, and therefore, returns or exchanges are not applicable.

Non-refundable items include but are not limited to:

  • Code templates or automation workflows (e.g., N8N workflows)
  • Script packages or AI toolkits
  • PDF guides, documentation, eBooks
  • Access to video/written tutorials or digital courses

2. Subscriptions: Cancel Anytime Before Renewal

We offer certain digital services on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at service@learnityhub.com. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

Please note:

  • We do not issue refunds for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Access to subscriber-only resources will end when your current cycle expires.

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

Although refunds are generally not provided, we may consider exceptions in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or accidental purchases
  • Being charged more than once for the same product
  • The file delivered is corrupted or unusable, and we’re unable to fix it in a reasonable time
  • The product listing contained materially false or misleading claims

If any of these apply, please email service@learnityhub.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

4. No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with your platform (unless clearly guaranteed on the product page)
  • Insufficient technical ability to use the product
  • Subscription already renewed before cancellation
  • Late cancellation requests (after renewal has occurred)

5. Before You Buy

To avoid misunderstandings, please:

  • Review product descriptions and compatibility notes thoroughly
  • Reach out with any questions before purchasing or subscribing
  • Understand that most content is designed for users with technical or e-commerce backgrounds
